Yoga/Meditation Philosophy

Yoga and Meditation Philosophy

After over a dozen years working one-on-one with people of all ages and stages, through a variety of modalities, that door has closed. I am so grateful to all who trusted me. I know that I received as much as I was able to give.

I now do group work, through music, meditation, and yoga. Twice a week, you can join me online for a guided group practice through the Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center.

Tuesday nights at 8 ET, I offer a Meditation for the World. In June, between the pressures of the pandemic and the protests, I felt called to DO something. My gift is not for politics, and so I began to offer a space where participants can "hold the opposites" and together create a space for balance and harmony, within and without. We are microcosms of the world as a whole; by relaxing into wholeness with the intention of reflecting peace that back into the macrocosm, we make a difference. Not measurable, but felt.

Friday nights at 5 ET, I offer a "Kundalini style" yoga class. The Meditation for the World involves a little yoga and a long meditation; the yoga class is the reverse - lots of yoga, with a shorter meditation. But the intentions of both are really the same.

In both classes, I offer music and guided meditation, and relaxation with gong.
